How To Reserve Your Room
I’m excited to help you get set for this trip! Here’s what to do next:
Review the room options below and choose your preferred room type.
Complete the form at the bottom with your room selection, any extras, and traveler info.
I’ll send you a payment authorization form shortly after to securely provide your payment details and confirm the booking.
$200 Deposit is due at booking; final payment is due on or before Septmeber 29th.
Once reserved, your room is locked in, and you’re ready to party!

Booking Guidelines
Each room shows prices for 2, 3, or 4 travelers in the room, prices include roundtrip flights, taxes, and fees.
Room supply is limited—if your choice isn’t available, I’ll provide alternate options.
All travelers will need to have a passport valid for 6 months after your return.
Prices also include roundtrip transfers from the airport tot he resort

Pre-Departure Protection - $120/person
The Pre-Departure Protection (PDP) waiver allows you to revise your booking up to and including the 8th day prior to departure or to cancel the booking entirely at any time prior to your originally scheduled departure time without incurring revision or cancellation fees.
Cancellations with PDP:
With PDP, cancellation prior to your originally scheduled departure* will result in no cancellation fees for your booking, as well as a refund of your booking minus the cost of PDP.
Basic Economy fares, certain promotional tours, specific room categories and activities that are identified as "non-refundable" or "advance purchase" are not covered by PDP. Additional exclusions apply.
Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts and Grand Pineapple resorts become non-refundable on the 45th day prior to departure and at that point are not covered by PDP.
The cost of the PDP is non-refundable.
*Cancellations for hotel packages (no air component) must be requested by 10:29 PM (Central Time) the day before check-in for PDP cancellation protection to be valid. After 10:29 PM the day before check-in, the full package becomes non-refundable.
Changes with PDP:
With PDP, changes to your booking are possible up to and including 8 days prior to departure without incurring any revision or cancellation fees; however, PDP does not waive an increase to your vacation package price as a result of a change, and any increase in price must be paid for in full at the time the change is made.
Changes within 7 days from travel may be possible and American Airlines Vacations (AAV) initiated fees may be waived, however third party fees (e.g., hotel, ground transportation, activities) may apply.
