Your Questions, Answered
-
Complete my Traveler Interest Form. It only takes two minutes, and I read every one before I reply. Then we'll set up a short call.
-
Luxury, cruises, Europe, groups, and events. That might be a honeymoon, a family trip, a reunion, an alumni cruise, or a conference. You bring the trip, the group, or the event. I take it from there.
-
Sooner is easier. For a standard trip, a few months out gives me the best choices. For large groups and conferences, 12 to 18 months ahead is optimal. If your date is closer than that, send the form anyway and I'll tell you what's possible.
-
No. A rough idea of the destination, the dates, and the feeling you want is plenty. The form asks the right questions.
Cost
-
Planning is at no charge to you for standard trips. Suppliers compensate me, and you pay the same public rate you'd find on your own. If I design it, I book it. I can also coordinate bookings across several rooms for a family trip or any trip with more than one room. That keeps everyone together and aligned, and you won't get it booking on your own.
-
Usually not. You pay the same published rate, and you often receive perks you wouldn't see booking alone, such as room upgrades, onboard credit, and amenities.
-
Online search shows you everything. I narrow it to what fits, explain the tradeoffs, and handle the details. You also have one person to call if something changes.
-
I'm not the right fit for that. My work is the design and the booking together, and I'd rather decline kindly than do half the job.
-
Yes. Tell me a comfortable range. It isn't a commitment. It keeps my recommendations honest.
Planning and Booking
-
Complete the form. We'll have a brief discussion about your preferences. I'll craft an experience and send over options. You select your preferred experience, and I'll handle the details from there.
-
I book the core pieces first, such as hotels, staterooms, and flights. Then I add experiences, transfers, and finishing touches.
-
Luxury is where I started, but I plan trips at several comfort levels. Tell me your range and I'll build for it.
-
Yes. Multi-stop journeys are where careful planning pays off most. I connect flights, rail, hotels, and transfers so the trip flows. I also arrange tours, excursions, and experiences along the way.
Travel Protection, Changes, and Support
-
I recommend it for most trips. I provide the pricing and policies, along with links so you can review exactly what each policy covers, and you decide. If you decline it, tell me so we're both clear.
-
Tell me as soon as you know. I'll check what the supplier allows and walk you through your options. Some changes can't be made once you've booked, and I'll be honest about that.
-
Yes. I stay in contact from the day you leave until you return.
-
Names that match your passports, decisions by supplier deadlines, and your own passports, visas, and entry requirements. I'll remind you of each.
Groups and Events
-
Yes. That includes reunions, alumni at sea, friend trips, family gatherings, and room blocks. I coordinate the details so the organizer isn't left juggling a spreadsheet and a group chat.
-
I plan groups of all sizes, from a few friends to large gatherings. Send the form with a rough headcount. If the group is large, I'll tell you on our call how I'd structure it. I have a strong background in event planning, so large groups are one of the areas where I really shine for you.
-
Yes. I handle destination events, conferences, and corporate gatherings, including hotels, group air, transfers, and onsite logistics. I can start with an event even when the details aren't set. Event planning is a strong part of my background, and it's one of the areas where I really shine for you.
-
Yes. Destination weddings are scoped as a project, so I'll walk you through what's involved on our call.
-
Standard group trips follow the same no-charge planning. Destination weddings, conferences, large reunions, and highly complex itineraries may be scoped as a project. If that's your event, I'll say so on our call, in writing, before any design work begins. No surprise invoices. Group payments usually follow supplier deposit and final-payment schedules, which I'll lay out up front.
-
Often, yes. Many suppliers allow each traveler or room to pay their own share. I'll tell you how it works for your group.
-
I am. You can name one organizer, and I'll keep the whole group on the same page.
-
It often does. Tell me early, because suppliers set deadlines for headcount changes. I'll watch those dates and tell you what each one means.
Fit
-
If you want a thoughtful plan and a single point of contact, we'll likely get along. If you're comparing on price alone, or collecting an itinerary to book elsewhere, I'm probably not the right fit.

Use the Traveler Interest Form for any new trip, group, or event. It takes two minutes. If you've already booked with me, you have my phone number and email, so reach out to me directly. Contact is also fine for quick questions.
