Four nights of fresh air, open space, and time together on 1,700 acres of ranch land, with a water park, an adventure park, and a rodeo arena. Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo is an authentic Florida dude ranch, and the Saturday Night Rodeo falls right in the middle of your stay.

Group rates per room, per night, plus 12% tax and Westgate's $49.99 nightly resort fee (plus tax). Parking is included. Two-night minimum stay. Rooms are limited and subject to availability.

Deluxe Lodge Suite
Sleeps 4
382 sq. ft. suite by the pool with 2 queen beds, a kitchenette (stove top and oven), and a screened-in patio.
Rail Car
Sleeps 6
399 sq. ft. stand-alone rail car with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, a double sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, and a covered porch with a gas grill.
Wagon
Sleeps 6
495 sq. ft. climate-controlled Conestoga wagon with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a twin bunk bed. Includes resort activities, VIP rodeo tickets, a golf cart, and a personal concierge.
Lodge 1-Bedroom Cottage

Luxury Glamping

Westgate's nightly resort fee covers:
River Country Water Park access, up to your room's maximum occupancy (normally $19.95 per person)
Cowboy Adventure Park access, up to your room's maximum occupancy (normally $19.95 a person)
Mini-golf, archery, the petting farm, and sports equipment
Hiking and biking trails, tennis courts, and BBQ and picnic areas

Luxury Glamping, Luxury Teepee and Wagon include the extras listed on each room: VIP rodeo seating, a resort golf cart, and a personal concierge. Every other room includes the water park, Cowboy Adventure Park, mini golf, archery, the petting farm, and sports equipment through the resort fee. Horseback riding, airboat and swamp buggy rides, the air rifle range, trap and skeet, the escape room, and the dinner hayride are booked and paid on-site as add-ons.
River Country Water Park
Westgate's newest addition, and the reason a lot of kids never want to leave the resort. Three tall slides drop into the pool; there is a splash pad built for little ones, and a pool deck lined with loungers and cabanas for the parents. It is included with your room's resort fee, up to your room's occupancy.

What Your Family Will Actually Do All Day
Most families have never been to a dude ranch before, so here is the honest picture. Westgate River Ranch sits on 1,700 acres along the Kissimmee River, and almost everything below is a short walk or a golf cart ride from your room.
Street Party and line dancing
Right after the rodeo, the dirt in front of the River Ranch Saloon turns into a dance floor. A DJ calls the steps, everyone joins in, and nobody is watching your feet.
Animals you did not expect
Wallabies in Florida. It is a genuinely strange and delightful thing to find on a ranch, and the kids will not stop talking about it.
Archery Range
Bows and targets for total beginners through kids who already shoot. Everyone gets a chance at a bullseye..

Safari Mini Golf
Eighteen holes of putt putt that the whole family can play together, including the grandparents. Clubs are included.

Swamp buggy tour
The monster-truck cousin of a hayride. Custom buggies on tractor tires take you off the road and into the green wilderness around the ranch.
The Marina
Bait and tackle, a boat ramp, fuel, and pontoon rentals if you would rather be on the water on your own schedule.
Horseshoes under the oaks
The classic ranch pastime, and the easiest way to spend an hour in the shade while the kids are in the pool. Equipment comes from the General Store.
Horseback Riding
A 45 minute guided ride on untouched ranch trails, with horses matched to your comfort level. No experience needed, and guides lead the whole way.
Kissimmee River Queen
A one-hour cruise on a 40-foot pontoon with a Coast Guard-licensed captain. Slow, shaded and easy, and a good break from the sun.
Trap and skeet
Novices are welcome. Targets launch away from you, a range master walks you through it, and all the equipment is available to rent on-site.
Saturday Night Rodeo
The longest-running weekly rodeo in America, in a 2,400-seat arena. Trick riding, barrel racing, and bull riding, plus a tribute to our armed forces. April 24 falls on a Saturday, so it happens during our stay.
Cowboy Adventure Park
Rock climbing, a mechanical bull with adjustable speed so even the kids can try eight seconds, and the Florida Fair-style attractions. Access is included with your resort fee, and the Graze food truck is right there when everyone gets hungry.

Petting farm
Goats, sheep, alpacas, pot-bellied pigs, rabbits, emus, peacocks, and wallabies. Feed them, pet them, and let the little ones run. Included with your resort fee.
Airboat ride
Forty minutes across the Kissimmee River marsh with a guide who knows where the alligators sit. Earmuffs provided, and yes, it is loud in the best way.
Fishing
Fish off the dock at the marina, or let the little ones try the catch-and-release pond. Cane poles and rods are available for guests, so you do not have to pack gear.
Air rifle range
A lever action BB gun, 45 minutes of ammunition, and more than 15 targets at different heights and distances. This is the one the kids beg to do twice.

Use the Reserve Now button to reserve on Westgate's group page and pay your one-night deposit.

Your room's nightly group rate, plus 12% tax and the $49.99 nightly resort fee (plus tax). A one-night deposit is due when you reserve, and the balance is due at check-in.

As soon as you know your plans. The group block holds the rooms families reserve, and the popular room types go first. The block closes March 22, 2027, and after that any unreserved rooms return to Westgate's general inventory.

Yes. Westgate honors the group rate up to 3 days before and after the trip dates, based on availability. Every stay has a two-night minimum.

Yes, parking is included.

Westgate's published policy for River Ranch asks for cancellations at least 7 days before arrival, by 4:00 PM hotel time, to avoid a penalty equal to one night's room rate plus tax. Scheduled activities have their own 24 hour rule. Your reservation confirmation carries the terms that apply to your room.
